The Division of Professional Licensure is located at 239 Causeway Street on the corner of Causeway Street and Medford Street, which is a short walk from North Station. North Station connects to the MBTA's Green, Orange and North Shore Purple lines (as shown on the map above). Please visit the MBTA website for public transportation maps, fares and directions to North Station. When visiting please use the Medford Street entrance.

:: 4th Floor: Healthcare Fraud Unit, Plumbing Board, Office of Legal Counsel, Office of Prosecutions, Computer Services, Fiscal Services.
