Please note that you can also use the Disciplinary Actions Report which allows to generate and review the list of disciplinary actions taken by the Boards of Registration within a certain time period.

Note: * This web site displays only disciplinary action in cases that were closed after January 1, 1993. Discipline prior to that date is not displayed.
